The Applicational Study Of Japanese Satoyama’ Concept In New Rural Landscape Planning

Under the circumstance of global environmental protection, rural landscapes of all countries all maintain both historic and creative characters. With the development of new socialist rural planning, gradually, more and more attention has been paid to the new rural landscapes. As an important element in new rural construction, the new rural landscape planning embodies not only the living and ecological conditions of the villagers but also the whole economic development.This paper stars from the combination of correlation studies of new rural landscape, new socialist rural planning, Japanese "Satoyama" concept and so on. And it summaries the experience in rural landscapes home and abroad, combining Japanese "Satoyama" concept with problems in Chinese new rural landscapes to get a new pattern for new rural landscape planning---E-CCP with an example of Dianqian village of Xixia town in Xinjian county. This paper mainly contains the following parts:(1) Elaborating the "Satoyama" concept and analyzing its advantage in Japanese as well as its characters based on reading a large number of literature. S Comparing the "Satoyama" concept with problems raised in practical operation of our new rural landscape to get some ideas borrowed from "Satoyama" concept.(2) By researching and analyzing "Satoyama" concept and our new rural landscape planning, this paper tries to get an application model in the new rural landscape planning from "Satoyama" concept, namely is E-CCP pattern. Analyzing and elaborating the four parts in E-CCP which are E (Ecology), C (Conscious), C (Conservation) and P (Progress).(3) The feasibility of E-CCP pattern is conducted by using Dianqian village of Xixia town in Xinjian county as an application. This paper applies the four parts in E-CCP pattern to Dianqian village and analyzes the basic information as well as living standard of villagers so as to present the tendency that Dianqian village will have after applying the E-CCO pattern.By researching the "Satoyama" concept, new rural landscape planning and the application of E-CCP pattern, this paper gets some functions and characters proper to "Satoyama" concept, of which the preservation of ecological balance, managing participation and other characters are all the shortcomings in our new rural landscape planning. And by evolving the pattern, this paper transforms the "Satoyama" concept into a new pattern which can be proper to the development of our new rural landscape. At last, this paper verifies the feasibility of E-CCP pattern by the application of Dianqian village of Xixia town in Xinjian county and its promotion to other areas as well as the future tendency.
