Research On Comprehensive Performance Testing Technology Of Direct Drive Rotary Table

As one of the key functional components of high-end CNC machine tools,the direct-drive rotary table has the advantages of high precision,high sensitivity,and high acceleration compared to the traditional mechanical rotary table.Regarding the development and optimization of the direct-drive rotary table,it is the focus of competition in the machine tool sector in various countries.Through research and analysis of its comprehensive performance and find the problems of the rotary table,which it is of great significance to improve the independent R&D level and product processing quality of China's manufacturing industry.Therefore,this article will focus on the test technology of the comprehensive performance of the direct-drive rotary table.Referring to contact surface characteristics problem analysis method and torsional free vibration problem analysis method,I established mechanical models and mathematical models of direct-drive rotary table loading status in this article,when it at the table or at rest.It laid a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent research.This article researched the key influencing factors of direct-drive rotary table and found its performance evaluation parameters.Then combining national and industry test standards of machine tool,this article also developed a comprehensive set of performance testing specifications for direct-drive rotary tables.According to the different requirements of the test items in the test specification,I designed a direct drive rotary table comprehensive performance testing platform in the article.This inspection platform is suitable for direct-drive rotary tables with different structural dimensions,and meets the requirements of integration of rotary tables performance tests.This article also uses simulation software to analyze the important components of the platform to ensure the reliability of the platform design.The direct drive rotary table in the motion analysis platform of high-end numerical control machine tool that designed by Qinghai Huading Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.is my experimental object.This article tested the temperature,rotation accuracy,positioning accuracy and repeat-ability,analyze the experimental data and conclude the evaluation plan of the direct drive rotary table platform.
