With the development of manufacturing industry in our country, the demand of the machining center is on the rise, especially the four axis, five-axis linkage machining center. Five-axis linkage CNC machine tools system research has become the international development trend of numerical control technology, as the highest state of five-axis linkage CNC machine tool manufacturing system, in a sense, it reflects the level of a country’s industrial development. However, the level of China’s equipment manufacturing industry is still relatively low, with differences between enterprises uneven of the manufacturing capacity and level, and precision manufacturing technology is not yet mature, while the majority of our five-axis CNC machine tool positioning accuracy is still need to be improved.Dual-axis rotary table is an important feature five-axis, which enables two coordinates rotating when rotating and swing. Double rotary table based on the technology of motor driven directly by introducing mechanical and electrical control system of precision compensation system technology, makes the transmission structure is simple, smooth transmission way, work high positioning accuracy, fast response data. In the practical production, the positioning accuracy is directly related to the quality of the products and the stability of the enterprise.This topic combined with GuangZhou Pearl River machine tool plant scientific research project--high speed and high precision direct-drive type five-axis linkage CNC machine tool accessories key technology research and application. In the need of enterprise production application, we have to complete the structure design on CNC machine tool and its motion precision compensation technology’s design and research, while the CNC machine tool working platform as the research object. The main research content is as follows:1、First to use NC machine biaxial rotary table with motor direct driving for the determination of structure scheme, and then through the solid-works to establish the structure model, according to the performance parameters to make the whole structure design at last;2、Set up the precision compensation theory model by introducing the mechanical and electrical automatic control system, for providing theoretical basis to the biaxial motor rotary table with motor direct driving;3、Firstly, analysis the error sources in the positioning system to understand the causes of error and form, and find out the main factors which influencing the system precision, and then build feasibility discussion for biaxial rotary table with motor direct driving location accuracy compensation technology. At last simulate its Positioning accuracy compensation technology through MATLAB.Through the integrated use of the knowledge of modeling and simulation, this article for biaxial rotary table with motor direct driving location accuracy compensation technology provides a feasible method.
