Spindle components are important parts of high-end CNC machine tools.The measurement and analysis on the performance of the spindle components is the basis for ensuring the good performance and reliability of the whole machine by finding out the shortcomings and optimizing the improvement,which is of great significance to improve the precision of machine tool.For find out the weak links of the spindle components,to improve its performance and quality,the spindle components to start testing technology research.First of all,it analyzes the key factors that affect the performance of the spindle and the accuracy of the work to determine the performance evaluation parameters.Then,combined with the national testing standards,an analysis and testing methods is proposed,and test specification of a more complete spindle components comprehensive performance is established.In order to comprehend the dynamic characteristics of high-speed motorizedspindle,the dynamic stiffness,natural frequency and vibration mode are obtained by simulation analysis of the electric spindle based on the characteristics of the high-speed spindle unit-spindle box joint.The rationality and validity of the analysis method are verified by the method of convenient and quick hammering method,which provides the theoretical basis for the design analysis of the spindle product and the construction of the next test platform.According to the test specification and analysis result,aspindle test platform suitable for different specifications and structures is designed,and independently developed with the test software to match the test platform.At the same time,the modal analysis and static analysis of the gantry structure of the test platform show that the experimental requirements can be met.The whole test system has data acquisition,transmission,processing,evaluation and output function.It can measure and analyze the performance parameters such as stiffness,rotation accuracy,temperature,noise and vibration of thespindle components in real time,and achieve the integration and automation of performance testing of spindle components.The type GZ35000 electric spindle produced by Qinghai Huading Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.is taken as an example to study.The test system was tested and verified,which is proved that the test system is versatile and systematic,easy to operate and maintain,and can accurately detect the performance parameters of the spindle.Through the processing and analysis of the test data,it is concluded that the high-speed electric spindle unit of this type has a better comprehensive performance.However,the performance of the vibration has yet to be improved,it can improve the natural frequency of the electric spindle by improving the stiffness and reducing the mass.
