The mine hoist is an important transportation tool connecting the underground and the ground in the coal mine.The safe operation of the mine hoist is directly related to the safety production of the coal mine,and it is self-evident to the importance of the coal mine enterprise.The traditional working condition monitoring system of the mine hoist only monitors the working condition of the hoist,and combines the fault diagnosis system to check it,but neglects the performance analysis and evaluation of the parts of the hoist under the actual operating condition.With the combination of database technology,network technology and CAE analysis technology,it can realize online selection of operating data and call ANSYS softwares for CAE analysis remotely,to make up for this shortage.This paper first discusses the background of the project,summarizes and summarizes the CAE analysis of the mine hoist at home and abroad and the CAE analysis system based on the network,and expounds the significance of the CAE analysis system for the spindle device of the friction hoist based on the operating conditions.Next,we put forward the overall design plan of the analysis system,including design objectives,technology roadmap,overall structure,development environment and main functions.Then,according to the functional requirements,we design each sub module,including the front and back stage design and function implementation.Finally,the design of each sub module is integrated,and the function and performance of the system are tested to ensure that the system can run normally and the results are accurate and reliable.By using ADO.NET technology and database technology,this paper realizes the on-line selection of the data of the working condition monitoring of the friction hoist,and provides the online operation data support for “CAE analysis system of friction hoist spindle device based on operating coditions”.By using APDL command flow technology and C# language programming,the static analysis,modal analysis,transient dynamic analysis and fatigue analysis of the spindle and friction wheel of the friction hoist in the network environment are realized by the remote call of ANSYS software under the network environment.The results of the system test show that the CAE analysis system studied in this paper can select the operating data on line,and carry out the calculation and analysis.The response speed of the system is faster with the CAE analysis speed,the result is correct and reliable,the design style of the system is consistent,the operation difficulty is low,the interface is friendly,and the actual operating condition can be used.The performance of the next equipment is analyzed and evaluated,providing reference for designers to optimize the structure.In addition,the technical principles and methods used by the development system can be extended to other components and provide reference for the development of the application system based on CAE analysis in the network environment.
