At present,research and development of domestic mine hoist are mainly based on traditional analytical method to calculate strength and stiffness of spindle device.And there are many disadvantages,such as large work intensity,long development cycle and so on.Numerical method based on finite element analysis software can be used to quickly and accurately calculate stress distribution and deformation trend of spindle device.However,limited by capital,technology and researchers,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have not widely adopted CAE technology.The combination of Web technology and CAE analysis can provide a direction for modern design of mine hoist.Therefore,CAE analysis system of mine hoist spindle device based on network is developed,which uses ASP.NET technology,Web technology,APDL technology and VB.NET language.It can improve work efficiency of designers.In this paper,main research contents and characteristics are as follows:(1)Combined the research of CAE analysis technology with the demand of lifting machine manufacturing enterprises,overall design goal and technical roadmap of CAE analysis system on spindle device are put forward.Overall structure and development environment of system are determined.The main functions of system are described,and CAE analysis methods are expounded.(2)Construction scheme of CAE analysis system on mine hoist spindle device based on network is proposed.Remote CAE analysis can be achieved through importing model,using remote ANSYS and compiling APDL files.(3)Based on ADO.NET and database technology,resource sharing project of CAE analysis system is proposed.Hoist knowledge resource library is built,which can query and browse parts information,analysis results and design information in real-time.(4)Designing system test plan: system integration test,performance test and function test are completed through black box and white box testing method,which can ensure stability,reliability and accuracy of system.Eventually,CAE analysis system of mine hoist spindle device based on network is established,which can complish static analysis,modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis.And it can also provide results search,literature search and system help and other services.The system can make up knowledge fragmentation of mine hoist spindle device and realize information sharing of design resources.Successfully applied to design process of mine hoist enterprise,the system has gotten a good response from designers.It can not only provide a new model for designers to quickly develop new products,but also effectively shorten products development cycle.Meanwhile,the system is scalable,which can provide references for other entities to develop Web application system and a wider range of resource sharing services.
