As the core equipment in mining,mine hoist is gradually serialized in product design and becomes more complicated and diversified in structure function.However,mine hoist development was focused on original artificial model,calculation and analysis design,which led to high work strength,low efficiency and accuracy and long development cycle,etc.In order to make high quality,high efficiency and low cost development realization,mine hoist key parts CAD/CAE integration system based on Web was designed with the introduction of modern design theory and method,which integrated remote parametric modeling,CAE analysis,CAE analysis evaluation and knowledge management.Firstly,make a simple introduction to mine hoist,remote parametric design,remote CAE analysis and knowledge management.At the same time,by collecting the existing mine hoist design materials and product massages and summarizing a large number of instances,the general framework of the mine hoist key parts CAD/CAE integration system was designed.Secondly,on the basis of parametric design principles and methods,the key parts and common components' model template of mine hoist were created in UG and the remote CAD parametric modeling subsystem was realized on the basis of the secondary development of UG in the use of VC++.With the generated APDL documents,the remote calls to ANSYS come true and the finite element analysis to key parts was completed.With the integration of before and post processing,results and related data massages,the CAE analysis database was built.Besides,a base knowledge was established to the knowledge and samples mentioned in this design.With human-computer interaction interfaces,the function of data message quick query and access such as design parameters and the resource sharing of design knowledge and experience were realized,which can help designer complete the product design with related information.Thirdly,taking modern design theory and knowledge engineering theory as background and VB.NET as realization approach,CAD/CAE secondary development and SQL Server2008 database technology were compiled as application procedure in Visual Studio2010,and then,integrating them on web platform.Mine hoist CAD/CAE integration system based on web was develop.Finally,the results show that the system is stable and reliable by system test.The aimed design goal was realized.This system can approve mine hoist's design efficiency,relieve work strength and reduce design cost.The system makes the product design more reasonable and is in favor of improving the competitiveness of enterprises and their products.In the meanwhile,this system makes the resource sharing realization of trans-region and cross-platform easy and can support the collaborative design in different locations and different departments,which has important theoretical and realistic significance to the modern design technology research to mine hoist.
