China is the country with the largest emission of CO2 and SO2.In order to effectively control the emission of CO2 and SO2,our country has determined the constraints of the CO2and SO2 emission reduction. It is an important prerequisite for effective control of CO2 and SO2 emission to make clear the influence factors and the contribution of each factor. There are a series of common factors affecting CO2 and SO2 emissions. However, most of the current researches on impact factors only focus on one of them.According to the author's search,no literature on the simultaneous impact of CO2 and SO2 emissions has been found. To this end,the impact factor decomposition of CO2 and SO2 emission was studied in this paper.According to the different processing methods of electricity and thermal consumption, the CO2 emission accounting methods used in the current literature can be divided into two types:apportionment method and non apportionment method. The two methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, and the current literature only ues one of them. This paper used two methods simultaneously to calculate the CO2 emissions of industrial industries in China for the last ten years. In order to highlight the contribution of the key industries and reduce the amount of calculation,China's industrial sectors were classified as 12 in this paper. On this basis, this paper analyzed structural characteristics and industry differences of industrial CO2 and SO2 emissions, using LMDI decomposition?LMDI?and"the impact of China's industrial CO2 and SO2 emission factors in 11th Five-Year"and"12th Five-Year"period and the contribution of each factor quantitatively. The logarithmic mean Di's index?LMDI?method was used to decompose the main influencing factors and the contribution of various factors of industrial CO2 and SO2 emissions in"11th Five-Year"and"12th Five-Year".The results of this study showed as followed:?1?In terms of change trend,China's industrial CO2 emissions increased year by year in2006-2013 years, and began to decrease slightly in 2014,but the total CO2 emissions were still high.The"11th Five-Year"and"12th Five-Year"periods of SO2 emissions declined significantly. In terms of emission industry structure, under the apportionment method,China's industrial CO2 emissions were concentrated in steel, chemical industry and building materials industry.Among them, the proportion of CO2 emission in the steel industry accounted for more than 25%of the industrial emissions over the years, and the proportion of the chemical industry and building materials industry was more than 12%and 10%respectively.Under the non apportionment method,CO2 emissions were concentrated in the electric heating and steel industry,in which the CO2 emissions of the electric heating industry over the years accounted for more than 50%of the industrial emissions, and the proportion of the iron and steel industry was close to 20%.SO2 emission was the most prominent in the electric heating industry. In the"11th Five-Year"period,its SO2 emissions accounted for more than 50%of the total industrial emissions, and in"12th Five-Year"period the proportion was gradually reduced to 36%.?2?In terms of influencing factors and contributions, for the CO2 emissions and SO2emissions under apportionment method and non apportion method, the expansion of industrial scale was the biggest factor to stimulating the emission growth, and the reduction of energy intensity was the main factor to promote the reduction of emissions.Emission factor was the largest contributor to reduce SO2 emissions and was also conducive to the reduction of CO2emission under apportionment method, but not conducive to the reduction of CO2 emission under non apportionment method. The effect of energy structure and industrial structure on emission reduction was not ideal, and the effect of energy structure on CO2 emission under two methods stimulated growth. The industrial structure factor in the"12th Five-Year"period also improved the growth of CO2 emission. In general, the contribution of various factors was mainly the six high energy consuming industries.Based on industry structure and influence factors of CO2 and SO2 emission, this paper proposed to further promote emission reduction recommendations, including to improve the quality of development in a more prominent strategic position, control the output value proportion of high energy consuming industries, continue to promote energy saving of industry especially high energy consuming industries, and effectively strengthen the optimization of the industrial structure and energy structure etc.,and all these advices made clear the main direction of the emission reduction. The integrated use of apportionment and non apportionment methods can indeed avoid omission or one-sided information caused by using only one of them. The simultaneously decomposition of CO2 and SO2 emissions was conducive to promoting the synergistic reduction of both emissions. There are a large number of industrial industries.According to the emission share, the appropriate merge of industry can highlight the contribution of key industries, and also help to reduce the amount of calculation.
