As an important part of human practice,decision-making,from daily life to social management,to transforming nature,and transforming society,is inseparable from decision-making.Evaluation,as a scientific tool to support decision-making,plays an important role in the development of human society.As an important wetland in China,Baiyangdian wetland is known as the "Kidney of North China" and plays an important role in climate adjustment,maintaining ecological balance,protecting biodiversity,flood mitigation and flood control,and water purification.In recent decades,with the changes in climate,social and economic development,and the expansion of human activities,the area of the Baiyangdian wetland has drastically decreased,dry lake conditions have occurred frequently,the ecological system has been severely damaged,and health conditions have become extremely precarious.The establishment of the Xiong'an New District has attracted wide public attention from experts and scholars from the national government departments and the public,therefore,the selection of Baiyangdian Wetlands as a research area for ecosystem health assessment is of great importance to the decision-making and management of the health problems of the Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem.Based on the knowledge visualization integrated integration platform,combined with data warehouse technology,component technology and visualization technology,this paper classifies Baiyangdian ecosystem health issues according to the thematic ideas;proposes an online evaluation model and applies it to Baiyangdian ecosystem health assessment.The main achievements include:(1)Based on the main current situation of Baiyangdian wetland,taking into account the connotation of the wetland eco-environmental health,the health problems of the Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem were analyzed,and the Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem health problem was attributed to the decision-making issue.The deficiency of the traditional evaluation model in solving the decision-making problems was described.And put forward a new solution-online evaluation model.(2)Divide the complex decision-making issues,use the thematic ideas to analyze them in all aspects,and look at them from multiple perspectives.Through the analysis of the entire decision-making process,the evaluation process was divided into the pre-event,intra-event,and post-event of the Baiyindian ecosystem health status assessment,Baiyangdian ecosystem governance process evaluation,and Baiyangdian ecosystem governance outcome evaluation corresponding to the decision-making process.The topics of the three evaluations were identified:the theme of spring,the theme of summer,the theme of autumn,the theme of winter,and the theme of ecological replenishment,etc.,and the index library,method library and component library needed for evaluation were established.(3)Evaluate the ecological environment of Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem under various themes,and provide strong decision support for the governance of Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem through the dynamic change of indicator system,multi-method joint evaluation,continuous evaluation,and continuous feedback evaluation service.Compared with the traditional evaluation model,online evaluation model is more flexible,more scientific,more reasonable,can meet the needs of different appraisers and decision makers,adapt to different backgrounds,different values of the evaluation issues,can better integrate different fields,different The educators,decision makers and expert groups of the needs of the needs of experience and wisdom,can be used for decision support in different areas,with strong practicality and promotion value.
