Manufacturing process– the important carrier in product's life cycle– is still the weak chain link in e-manufacturing. Under the context of fundamental change of external environments the requirement and interal manufacturing mode, networked integration and operation of CNC Machine tools– the keypoint of manufacturing process informatization– have become the important aspect of promoting e-manufacturing to fuse manufacturing process deeply. Manifold system interfaces and integration methods of various CNC systems in current enterprises, especially the economy CNC system among them which has wide coverage, cause the problems, such as machining progress can not be tracted, CNC machining process can not be visible, et al. Nowadays, there is still no effective research to build the integration and operation mode and its integration technology system to unify resources, function, and process in process of various CNC machining. With the foundation of the National High-Tech R&D Program (No.2007AA040701-2) and National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 50775228), to overcome the ineffectiveness of integrating the manufacturing process information, this paper studied on the CNC machine tools networked integration and operation mode and its Key Integration Technologies.Firstly, based on the analysis of the problems in the informatization and operation of manufacturing process in CNC workshop, a kind of CNC machine tools networked integration and operation mode which can share manufacturing resourses, cooperate with manufacturing system function, monitor and control manufacturing process is presented; Integration architecture of the mode based on the technology of service and dynamic adaptation and its formalized description are brought; To support the operation process of the mode effectively, the integration technology system is introduced. On the basis of unifying the multi-sources heterogeneous CNC information in the syntax and the semantic and encapsulating the resourses, functions and processes in manufacturing process with service form, the mode which aims at the integration of personnel, equip and system in CNC machining can monitor and control the operation of manufacturing process; Cooperating the functions of heterogeneous systems and tracking the key information in CNC machining process, the mode can promote the efficiency of manufacturing system and can expose the key information in manufacturing process.Secondly, the key-supported technologies of the mode are researched. The method of unifying the multi-sources heterogeneous CNC information is analyzed, and the domain ontology of NC information resource is built; The method of integrating NC information based on dynamic adaptation is presented, the adaptation channel can integrate information in the syntax adaptation layer and the semantic adaptation layer; On the basis of encapsulating the resources, functions and processes in CNC machining process, the integration and operation mothed of Service-oriented business process is analyzed.Thirdly, the key-operated technologies of the mode are researched.To monitor the key information in CNC machining, such as machining progress, the method of tracking CNC machining progress based on information fusion is presented. The multi-sources heterogeneous information includes machining path, real-time spindle power information, manual input data and tool position. Machining progress information can be estimated and predicted by tracking real-time tool coordinates.Based on the analysis of the problems of the function integration and cooperation of heterogeneous systems in current CNC workshop, the method of function interoperation which can integrate the function interfaces of various systems, can accomplish user's operations automatically by interoperation process, and can promote the efficiency is presented.Finally, based on the theories and methods discussed above and the pilot research results, the research achievement and key technologies have been implemented and verified in the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Machinery Manufacturing Company, and achieves good effect.
