| This text puts forward the denotative and connotative meanings of wetland water environment security under the background of fact that water security and ecology security question are shown especially, point out the wetland water environmental security refers to wetland and the watershed of wetland have enough water recource and water quality is very well. Thus, water environment, society and ecological environment that closely linked with wetland water environment is being healthy and balanced state that not threatened and dangerous.This thesis selected the Baiyangdian Lake as a demonstration, carries on research to the wetland water environment. The thesis carries on reseach to the basic overview of wetland and water quality and water quality developing trend at first. According to analyse result, the water quality in Baiyang Lake is very bad, all average annual below standard (â…¢ category water quality). The main pollutant is TN, TP, BOD5, CODMn and sulphide. Because of the nutriment surplus in the water body, have caused the eutrophication of the water body in Baiyangdian Lake, in being nutrition state of settling etc. entirely-rich nutrition, specific water areas reach serious rich nutrition degree. The thesis use "seasonal Kendall" methord combine water quality monitoring data of 2000-2004 to calculate, the last conclusion is that the organic pollution of Baiyang Lake is on the rise. The thesis extant the elite of evaluation system in the world, combined the the study of water security, water rescouse security, water environment security and the current water environmental situation of Baiyang Lake, set up a series of wetland water environmental security evaluation indexes, including GDP per person, urbanization rate, pollution control input, per capita water resource, ratio of water resource utilization, ratio of waste water to runoff, water quality last trend, water body nutrition state , the suitable extent of water resource to ecology, flood contral standard and plant state. Set up wetland water security evaluation sestem on the basis of the study of sustainable development system. Use the unsafe index model to calculate out the unsafe index value of every index, through AHP approach to index weight assignment.
