As a rising power in China,in the new round of economic structural reform,economic restructuring has become increasingly urgent.Extensive economic growth has been unable to meet the people’s growing needs for a better life.Service trade is an industry with high added value and the most potential for growth in the modern economy.Vigorously developing the service trade,which is an important part of the service industry,is not only the way for China to cope with the increasingly fierce international competition and economic transformation but also an important way to realize the "China Dream." However,the service trade of our country is still dominated by tourism service and transportation service,which is the traditional resource and labor-intensive service industry.With the increasingly serious global environmental problems,China’s ecological environment has gradually become the main obstacle to China’s economic growth.The "Environmental Protection Tax Law" came into effect on January 1,2018.This is the first "Green Tax Law" in China and a milestone in the history of China’s sustainable development.Its greatest innovation is that the tax department levies a green tax on four types of pollutants such as air pollution;water pollution;solid waste and noise,which are levied sewage charges by the environmental protection department in the past.This initiative has greatly increased the power of enterprise energy saving and emission reduction,forcing high pollution enterprises to carry out transformation and upgrading.In the face of the dual pressures caused by the impact of knowledge-technology intensive emerging service trade and the environmental protection,how to transform and upgrade the traditional transportation service trade into a modernized logistics service trade and how to make the logistics service trade meet the developmental requirements of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,has become an urgent issue to be solved in the development of logistics service trade.First of all,by analyzing the trend of the export structure of service trade and the export of logistics services between China and other major service trade countries over time,this article has a general understanding of the key service sectors in various countries and the development of logistics service trade.Secondly,using the international market share,TSC index,RCA index and NRCA index to compare the international competitiveness of logistics service trade in 10 countries.And based on the theory of national competitive advantage,this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of the international competitiveness of China’s logistics service trade.Thirdly,according to the analysis result,construct the evaluation index system of the coordination degree of logistics service trade and eco-environment compound system,and use the composite system coordination degree model to calculate the coordination degree of composite systems in 10 countries.And according to the results of the calculation,we analyze the coordinated development type and the coordinated development level of the logistics service trade and the ecological environment ineach country.The results show that the coordinated development of China’s logistics service trade and ecological environment is characterized by the lag of logistics service trade.This shows that the current logistics service trade on the negative impact on the ecological environment within the carrying capacity of the ecological environment,It provides a good environment for China’s logistics service trade from labor-intensive traditional resources to modern knowledge-technology intensive transformation.Finally,this article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the sustainable development of China’s logistics service trade from the macro-meso-micro level.At the macro level,the government should give full play to the guiding role,establish and perfect the statistical system of trade in services,improve the system of training professionals and upgrade the level of science and technology in the field of international logistics.The meso level from the perspective of industry as a starting point,one is to strengthen the transformation of the internal structure of the logistics service industry upgrade,second is to promote the integration of logistics services and insurance services,financial services and other emerging services trade,to establish an international logistics and financial system with Chinese characteristics and competitive advantages.At the micro level,we must first integrate the resources of the logistics enterprises,break the current situation of the logistics enterprises and cut the development pattern of "small,scattered and weak" logistics enterprises.Secondly,the logistics enterprises should seize the important opportunity of "One Belt and One Road".Actively "go global" and form a competitive multinational logistics enterprise. |
