The Design Of New Vertical Compaction Equipment For Waste Transfer Station

After reform and open policy, Chinese economy has developed rapidly. The problem comes when country develop, in which urban rubbish is especially true. Traditional waste transfer station process rubbish with low efficiency, poor environment and backward equipment, and cause secondary pollution. At present, domestic waste transfer station compacting equipment, whose style is level press, is low, and it requires expensive but low degree of automation. So it’s very important to study new vertical compaction of waste transfer station.The subject is derived from the Science and Technology Program of Dalian——“ The Research of New Vertical Compaction of Waste Transfer Station”(2010E14SF148), supported by Municipal Commission of Economy and Information(2009-3-215-jw-cwyhz), to study on waste transfer station of new type compression equipment with the following main content:1) Looking for relevant information and documents to design structure of square waste container and analyzing and optimizing this structure by ANSYS software to obtain square waste container with fair structure, reliable strength and light quality. Then establishing its three-dimensional model and drawing engineering picture. Finally, designing the structure of corresponding compactor pointed at square waste container,.2) According to the function requirement of moving car and using the ANSYS, designing structure of the moving car, and establishing three-dimensional model and drawing engineering picture.3) Designing the hydraulic pressure system of compactor and moving car, drawing the system of schematic diagram and the whole layout of hydraulic.4) According to requirements of control about compactor and moving car to develop its control play and design its control system.
