The oil and gas gathering station is the priority production item of the Oilfield ground engineering construction.As the process section of the gathering and transportation system,the medium being processed has the high risk characteristics such as flammable and explosive in the oil transfer station.The high-risk accidents should be leaded once the leakage failure of the pressure equipment.In this article,based on the characteristics of old oil transfer station and the related research of accident risk analysis with long operating time at home and abroad,the QRA(quantitative risk analysis)evaluation method was presented and used to proved the validity of the method with an instance.(1)According to the national statistical analysis of typical oil and gas safety accidents,the accident rate of burning and explosion,poisoning are caused by medium leakage as high as 85%.Based on the hazardous and harmful factors analyze of process,the unit division of the system was carried out to identify the key equipment with high-risk.(2)The risk under different mediums should be determined according to the QRA calculation method of the critical pressure vessel.Based on the accident database of international petrochemical engineering.Combined with the actual production of domestic oil transfer station,probabilistic correction calculation method was presented and used to determine the leakage rate of containers.(3)The consequence of the event tree should be constructed,which including heavy gas cloud,fire et.al caused by equipment leakage.The leakage rate and the leakage under different conditions should be determined according to the fluid motion,which the basic parameters were constant in different interruption time.The accident such as fire radiation,pool fire,vapor cloud explosion,were simulated.The QRA method was used to calculate the influence of heat radiation and overpressure damage.Combined with the oil transfer station around the environment,the distribution data of personal and social risk should be analyzed.(4)Using Phast Risk software to simulate the personal risk contours and social risk F-N curve,with reference to the relevant standards of the acceptable risk level to determine the risk level range.In this article,the effective control measures to reducing the risk of key equipment accidents have been proposed in the concrete production practice,which providing the theoretical basis and technical support forrisk assessment of the oil and gas gathering and transportation station.The QRA evaluation method was effective and reasonable used to the oil transfer station system,which is of great significance to providing scientific basis for reducing the risk of accidents and the casualties,improving the overall safety production level of the system.
