With the increasing number of PCP wells used in oil fields,problems such as rod/tubing parting,pump leakage and stator swelling happen occasionally.So,it is very important to diagnose PCP operational condition.But in practical operation,PCP diagnosing techniques are mainly performed according to empirical method.Moreover,how to determine the thresholds of variables remains a problem in some burgeoning methods.This paper did a brief introduction to the structure and the operational principle of PCP.Different operational conditions have been studied and analyzed based on data from Huabei oil field.A set of PCP diagnosing process based on SVM method was established using mechanical analysis of the pump system.This progress helps to find the threshold of characteristic values using SVM pattern classification avoiding the arbitrariness of empirical method.Thus,a computer program module named “PCP operational condition diagnosing system” finally comes out.Study shows that selecting proper characteristic values and thresholds could increase diagnosis accuracy.45 PCP wells were diagnosed by this program.Field pump inspection data showed the accuracy of this program was up to 91.11%.So,the computer module mentioned in this paper has a bright application prospect. |
