Study On Real Time Diagnosis Of PCP Theory And Software Programming

According to the paper surface drive screw pump system structure and working principle,combined with the practical application of screw production methods in the case of technical progress and field tests to study the diagnosis based on the real-time condition screw shaft artificial neural network theory and supporting software.Thesis contact torque,axial force,current,power,pressure,fluid production and working conditions and other parameters between the normal production conditions into wells,rod broken off,the swelling of the stator,the stator unglued,pump loss for the liquid shortage,high operating parameters wax tubing,tubing broken off,pipe leakage and other 10 kinds of working conditions,to study the use of artificial neural network BP algorithm method screw shaft condition for diagnosis algorithm for standard BP problems.Analysis of the torque,axial force,current,power,pressure,fluid production values as parameters such as artificial neural network algorithm input layer,through a variety of test data and parameter data when normal production wells were compared,using logic judgment and threshold determination methods for data processing and analysis,and then get in line with standard parameters input layer parameters,the artificial neural network algorithm to determine the fault type wells.Thesis based on the screw shaft GPRS remote test system conditions,two wells on-site installation,testing and realization of remote data transmission torque,axial force,speed,current,voltage,power factor,and oil and other data.Research compiled screw wells completed in real-time conditions diagnostic software,the software uses B/S model,through the transfer of the working parameters measured test data,real-time operating conditions for oil diagnosis.Thesis and supporting software in real-time diagnosis theory,the realization of automated diagnostic conditions screw wells have reference value.
