Research, Intelligent Diagnosis System Based On Condition Monitoring Of Pollution Sources

Petrochemical industry is the mainstay industry of our nat ional economy and it is one of the most contaminative industries. There are many poisonous material that are easily to be burned during the process of production. At the same time, there are many contaminations which have complex character discharged during the process of production, which would pollute seriously the air. It is necessary to analyze the polluting cause of the produce process, inspect the state of device and diagnose the polluting cause. In addition, it can strengthen the management of safe and environment protecting resource, and guarantee product safely and development of industry.This paper takes the sulphur recovery device as the research object, and the aim is to build one status inspecting and polluting cause aptitude diagnose system. In the paper, first we analyze the craft process of the device. We expatiate detailedly the mechanism of polluting causes and the partition of polluting cause sorts in succession. According to the characters of polluting cause, we use the fuzzy judging to aptitude diagnose the polluting causes. And the practice has indicated that the efficient of the diagnosis method is that it dose not need any factual fault cases and it can easily build the rudiment of the reasoning system by gaining some expert experiences, so it is the workable way at the beginning of setting up the diagnosis system.According to the consumer' s practical demand and normal request of software, there are detailedly expatiate about the analysis and design of the system, of course, including the realization of system.
