During the construction process of oil and gas pipeline in special mountainous area.,there is no way to find the right backfill soil,This needs to solve the problems of long-distance transportation,crushing gravel and large machinery entering the construction site.,and to build up a mountain of difficult geological conditions.Combining the advantages of Light weight concrete in engineering application,this paper puts forward lightweight concrete as the protection of oil and gas pipeline backfill materials,is proposed to solve the existing oil and gas pipelines protection technology and special geological conditions problems existing in the construction process.This paper carried out three kinds of wet density 400 kg/m~3,600 kg/m~3,800 kg/m~3 of Light weight concrete material performance experiment,light weight concrete and PE layer interaction relations impact experiment and model impact performance experiment.,according to the conclusion of the experiment,the construction technology of engineering site is put forward.First of all,summarize the existing oil and gas pipelines protection technology and problems existing in the construction process of the special geological conditions,and based on the current situation of research and engineering application of light weight concrete,put forward suitable for pipeline backfill to protect the basic design requirements of light weight concrete,and tested the performance of the relevant basic parameters,is divided into material parameters and physical and chemical parameters.In this study,the physical and chemical properties of light soil in this study meet the application requirements of pipeline protection.According to the mechanical performance requirements,it showed that the light weight concrete with a density of above 600 kg/m~3 was suitable.Secondly,through the study of the interaction between light weight concrete and PE layer,it is concluded that:In the condition of no water,water,weak acid and weak base,when PE layer meets light soil,the surface of PE layer will not produce undesirable phenomenon,which will not affect its mechanical properties.;Direct pouring of hydration heat test model,the heat release of hydration does not have a significant effect on itself,and the PE layer is within the allowable temperature range;Through the impact test of lightweight concrete model:when lightweight concrete wet density of 600 kg/m~3 and 800kg/m~3,all can ensure stress amplitude is far less than the yield stress of the pipeline,and can ensure keep integrity backfill structure under the effect of a small impact.Finally,according to the above experiment results,in view of the wet density of 600kg/m~3 of lightweight concrete proposed is applicable to the construction process of karst landforms of lightweight concrete pipe protection,determine the technological process,quality control and inspection standards,and proposed the gentle slope zone and the main points of construction technology of steep slope location.It provides reference for the application of lightweight concrete is in the backfill protection of oil and gas pipeline. |
