Concrete as the main material of construction,has been widely used in construction field,but with the development of urbanization,In China there are a large number of house demolition every year,the resulting shortage of resources and building materials city construction waste disposal problem is becoming more and more serious.Based on the group of regenerated concrete block,on the basis of feasibility research,to block the internalo core clumn improved,at the same time using ceramsite as lightweight materials to reduce the overall weight of the block,in order to produce recycled concrete block is a kind of light,and the basic mechanics performance test of related research.The main contents of this article include:1.the mixture of light of recycled concrete block were studied,through different grouping,the ceramsite replace rate control and water cement ratio as two factors to analyse the test results and chart,the light of recycled concrete block is obtained that the optimal water cement ratio 0.45,the optimum ceramsite replace rate was 20%;At the same time,the design strength formula of the mixture ratio of lightweight recycled concrete blocks is obtained by fitting analysis.2.Lightweight recycled concrete blocks for the compressive strength,flexural strength and masonry shear strength for the experimental research and analysis,by analyzing the results of fitting deduces the formulas for the compressive bearing capacity of the block.The test results show that the compressive strength of the block can reach 23.63MPa,and its compressive strength level reaches MU15.To be able to meet the requirements as a load-bearing block;The bending strength of the block is maintained at about 4.86MPa.The shear strength can reach 0.52MPa,while the average shear strength of traditional masonry masonry is 0.22MPa,and its strength is2.0 times that of the standard value of the maximum shear strength of traditional masonry masonry.3.The test finally determined that the average of the bulk density of the mix concrete blocks was15.42KN/m~3,while the bulk density of the ordinary concrete blocks was approximately1574kg/m~3.Thus,compared with ordinary concrete blocks,the block sproduced in this paper have the advantages of light weight.4.The application of lightweight recycled concrete blocks in engineering was given.At the same time,the bottom shearing method was used to check the seismic bearing capacity of the project and it was concluded that the seismic bearing capacity can meet the requirements.
