| Lightweight aggregate concrete is a building material with low dead weight, high specific strength and good ductility. However, lightweight aggregate concrete has low strength and is easy to crack, which limits its application. In order to explore the influence of mixed fibers on lightweight aggregate concrete, concrete mechanics and durability tests were carried out.Analyzed the effect of fiber type and amount on the reinforcement of concrete mechanics and durability.1)In order to study the basic mechanical properties of hybrid fiber concrete, basalt fiber,basalt-steel hybrid fiber, ceramic fiber and ceramic-steel hybrid fiber are added to lightweight aggregate concrete for compressive test and flexural test.It is found that the ceramic fiber has a negative impact on the compressive strength, and the other singleblended or hybrid fibers have improved compressive strength and flexural strength.2)In order to study the toughness index of mixed fiber concrete, different mixed fiber lightweight aggregate concretes were tested.Basalt-steel hybrid fiber and ceramicsteel hybrid fiber can significantly improve the performance of concrete, but too high fiber content will have a negative effect and reduce the bending toughness of concrete.3)In order to study the impermeability of lightweight aggregate concrete, the impermeability test of lightweight aggregate concrete was carried out by stepwise compression method. It is found that the basalt-steel hybrid fiber can improve the impermeability of concrete.Ceramic fiber tends to agglomerate in concrete, which reduces impermeability4)In order to study the frost resistance of lightweight aggregate concrete clouds,a freeze-thaw cycle test of concrete was carried out.It was concluded that both basalt fiber, ceramic fiber and hybrid fiber can improve the frost resistance of lightweight aggregate concrete, but the fiber content Need to be controlled within a reasonable range.Figure 35;Table 17;Reference 45... |
