With the rapid development of China's tobacco industry,tobacco plant engineering is faced with many problems: poor engineering design,poor coordination and communication,long project cycles,severe waste of resources,and incomplete project information management.Such as force,national strategic deployment,urban planning,and green chemical plants,so how to improve design quality,enhance coordination efficiency,speed up management decision-making response,reduce engineering changes,and reduce waste of resources become a key issue in tobacco engineering projects,and tobacco The HVAC profession occupies an important position in the plant project.The main difficulty is reflected in the large energy consumption,many specializations involved,the complicated cigarette processing involved,the intensive professional pipelines,the limited pipeline design,and the long time required for design results.Based on BIM technology combined with cigarettes factory project,on the basis of the hvac BIM model to optimize the various applications and the research content and conclusions are as follows:(1)the application of BIM in cigarette factories for information model for the control in advance,for cigarette factories particularity and complexity of the project,in combination with design practice experience of the implementation of BIM technology in hvac professional standards were analyzed,and is good for the unification of the whole and late apply changes.(2)based on BIM model to simulate the roll bag workshop annual load simulation,it is concluded that the specific load index and analyzes the load characteristics.(3)through the study of the parametric control of hvac component model,realize accurate simulation,improve the professional design precision,and the information about design links with BIM technology integration to the professional model,late for cigarette factories digital operations management,and design information integrated call basis.The integration data of this professional model is attempted through the visual node programming language,which provides some ideas for the intelligent design of this specialty.(4)based on the simulation model,the relevant specification principle as the basis,through the collision detection + roaming review key areas of pipeline in the form of comprehensive optimization,improve space utilization and the design quality and reduce the late changes.(5)the linkage of the use of BIM technology changes the effect,the advantage of information visualization to optimize the design of the related results show that reduce the inconvenience brought by traditional drawing expression omissions,reduce the workload of traditional design,improve the efficiency of communication engineering.
