Research On The Application Problems And Countermeasures Of MES In QJ Cigarette Factory

With the development of information technology and the arrival of the era of big data,tobacco enterprises need to improve management efficiency,and it is particularly important to integrate information technology and industrialization in depth to achieve the goal value of enterprises.By analyzing the practical application and application problems of MES system in QJ tobacco factory,this paper studies and explores the countermeasures and improvement ideas,which is of great significance to the research of information management in QJ tobacco factory.At present,under the increasingly stringent tobacco control environment,the competition among tobacco enterprises is also extremely fierce.Its main strategy is to adopt a new generation of advanced manufacturing technology,combining manufacturing technology with information technology,automation technology,modern management technology and system science and technology.However,in the process of construction,because some enterprises lack a unified infor mation planning system and start a system in disorder,the enterprise information construction is just stacked blindly,many application results can not meet the requirements of the production site,or the situation of the production site can not be reflec ted in the information system,the problem is prominent,and it is difficult to support the enterprise.The need of industrial innovation and development.This paper takes the MES system adopted by QJ tobacco factory as the research object,analyses and co mbs the development course and current situation of enterprise production informatization by using the methods of literature research and observation,and summarizes the problems of MES in production site,process control,logistics dispatch,human resourc es and so on.At present,the work of MES system in QJ tobacco factory mainly focuses on the development of technology.There is still room for improvement of coordination and cooperation between production departments.The existing functional modules of MES lack the support of strategic,unified and deep-seated data mining system.As a result,data redundancy is high in the process of information construction in QJ tobacco factory.Data fusion rate is low,data reliability is weak and data security risk is high.In view of these problems,the author combines his own work experience,future planning of MES project and theoretical knowledge of information management to analyze in depth the relationship between MES project and production informationization,and puts forward that it should be incorporated into MES system by improving business data collection,standardizing production site management,timely control of production process and MES system.Personnel management and other data management countermeasur es and improvement ideas can provide reference for QJ tobacco factory to improve the management level of MES system informatization.
