Global warming caused by greenhouse gas emissions has become one of the most challenging environmental problems the world is facing today,and countries are actively seeking effective ways to cope with global climate change.Forests have the dual role of reducing emissions and increasing sinks.The"carbon sinks in forests"approach to climate change is not only of great potential,but also has obvious cost advantages.As an important forest resources in China,,Bamboo forest has a huge advantaged in reducing emissions and increasing sinks,also Bamboo forest management plays an important role in improving farmers'income in the main producing areas of bamboo and playing bamboo forest ecological benefits.Based bamboo forest management carbon sequestration project methodology,Anji County implemented China's first CCER bamboo forest management carbon sequestration project in Shanchuan Town and Tianhuangping Town on January 1st,2016.Therefore,there would be a certain feasibility to chooses the CCER bamboo forest management carbon sequestration project in Anji County for discussing its comprehensive benefits,and it is of great theoretical guidance and reference for the development of the bamboo fores management carbon sequestration project in the main producing areas of China and the policy making of the government to achieve the goal of increasing forest carbon sinks.Based on the trade practice of CCER bamboo forest management carbon sequestration in China for the first time and survey data and second-hand data,the qualitative and quantitative methods were used to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of bamboo forest management carbon sequestration project in Anji County.The economic benefit of bamboo forest management carbon sequestration project was carried out by using the improved economic benefit assessment model.Application of alternative engineering method to calculate the ecological service value of bamboo forest.The social benefit of the project was evaluated qualitatively by using the survey data of 140 households in Shanchuan Township,Anji County.Based on the net present value sensitivity analysis method,the net present value of the project is quantitatively evaluated on the sensitivity of labor price,bamboo and shoot price,carbon price and discount rate.On this basis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the continuous operation of bamboo forest management carbon sequestration project.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Economic benefit analysis:Total carbon dioxide emission reduction is 249658t in 30-year period,the average annual emission reduction is 8322t,the amount of emission reductions per hectare is175t.The net present value of bamboo forest carbon sequestration project is 19567.52 million yuan in total,6.5225 million yuan per year and 0.1372 million yuan/hm~2 under the current market conditions,which are 42.05%higher than those of the traditional bamboo forest management.The net present value of the emission reduction is 4.6540 million yuan in total,0.1551 million yuan per year and 0.0033 million yuan/hm~2.The cumulative present value of bamboo is 226.7520 million yuan,with an annual average of 7.5584 million yuan,0.1590 million yuan/hm~2,an increase of 55.95%;accumulated present value of bamboo shoots is 31.5298 million yuan,an annual average of 1.0510million yuan,0.0221 million yuan/hm~2,an increase of 13.12%.2.The sensitivity analysis of the net present value:There are significant differences in the impact of carbon price,discount rate,bamboo and labor price on the net present value of the project,the net present value of the project is in the order of bamboo price>discount rate level>labor price>carbon sink price,the economic benefit of bamboo forest management carbon sequestration project is greatly influenced by the changes in the market environment of bamboo products,and the change of carbon price has little effect on the net present value of the project.3.Ecological benefits analysis:Bamboo forest regulation of water,clean water quality,solid soil,fertilizer,oxygen release,providing negative oxygen ions and bamboo forest species conservation services worth a total of 275.8464 million yuan,the unit area accumulated 0.19340 million/hm~2.From the carbon storage service indicators,bamboo forest carbon storage service value of 16.1474 million yuan,the unit area of 0.01132 million yuan/hm~2,which are far higher than the revenue of bamboo forest management carbon sequestration project.It can be seen that the ecological benefit of bamboo forest management carbon sequestration project is much higher than its economic benefit and the economic compensation of bamboo forest ecosystem services needs to be further improved.4.Social benefit evaluation:Farmers have more than 86%of the recognition of social benefits such as the creation of employment opportunities,strengthening social cohesion,improving the labor quality of farmers,as well as improving the investment environment.Social benefit evaluation is higher,which plays an important rolei n participating in carbon trading,improving the enthusiasm and scientific management of bamboo for farmers,increase carbon sink supply and farmers'income.According to the conclusions,following suggestions are put forward:(1)Strengthen the publicity of forestry carbon sinks,promote CCER bamboo forest management carbon sequestration project.(2)Improve the price of carbon trading,stimulate the enthusiasm of business investment.(3)Promote farmers to carry out sustainable management of bamboo,and promote increasing farmers'income.(4)Establish and perfect the economic compensation mechanism for ecological benefits of bamboo forest management,give full play to bamboo forest ecological service function.(5)Make full use of carbon market regulation policy tools to create a stable market environment for the continuous operation of CCER bamboo forest management carbon sequestration project.
