| With the rapid development of the industry,oil yield of the onshore oilfields decreases,so that the exploitation of the offshore yields receive more and more attention.However,our equipments of the subsea,especially the deep sea oil production lags behind other country.Subsea control module(SCM)is the key component of the subsea production equipments,being the monitoring and controlling unit.SCM is a kind of device with playing an important,and its installation and recovery is difficult.So that SCM should be tested before being launched to ensure the reliability of its function and performance.The design of SCM plays a important role of the subsea production system and offshore oil production technology.The paper introduces the subsea production control system and the developing situation of subsea control module and the device,and expounds the purpose,and significance of the device of subsea control module.The principle,construction and function requirement of SCM is analyzed to determine the final design solution.The device is made of four parts: electronic test unit,electronic signal generator,SCM test stand and the testing hydraulic power unit.And complete the design plan upon the request.The performance indicators and the hardware system structure are confirmed based on the implementation scheme and design requirements of master station,and the software design of master station is accomplished based on its hardware features and functional requirements.Analyzing and calculating the actuator’s required flow and pressure to determine the flow and pressure of hydraulic pressure source which is used for the tests.The hydraulic pressure source’s detail-design plan is determined according to its functional and performance requirements.Based on design,hydraulic component’s module selection should be calculated.By analyzing the low-pressure valve actuator’s structure and function features,the typical low pressure valve actuator’s flow demand has been calculated and the valve actuator’s design has been completed.Complete hydraulic system modeling;simulate and analysis the high and low pressure electro-hydraulic control valve and low pressure nozzle electro-hydraulic control valve;studyits switching characteristics,minimum pilot pressure characteristics and resetting characteristics;simulate and analysis the low-pressure typical valve actuators and stepping nozzle actuators.Theory basis of subsea control module’s hydraulic test will be obtained from results of simulation.The hydraulic system must be detected in accordance with the simulation results to make sure it can satisfy the experimental requirements.A full test of SCM test device,including the experimental test of the control device,HPU and SCM test stand is achieved.The function of the device is ensured to meet the requirement through comparing the simulative parameters of electronic signal generator and electronic test unit.Acceptance tests of HPU and test stand are executed to verify the feasibility of the design solutions. |
