| As one of the main mechanical equipments in modern coal mine production,the roller coal miner directly influences the efficiency and quality of coal mining.At present,the Shearer drum raise system generally adopts the fixed volume pump,electromagnetic directional valve composition of the hydraulic lift system,for the drum needs to raise the working conditions,extended the lifting time,reduced the working efficiency of the whole machine,but for the drum needs to raise the working conditions,and it is difficult to control its track tracking accuracy,so it is necessary to improve the existing hydraulic lift system by the electrohydraulic proportional technology.On the other hand,with the development of virtual prototype modeling and simulation technology,computer aided modeling and simulation technology has become the main technology of coal mining.The main research work is as follows:(1)This paper briefly summarizes the content artificial coal rock and the similarity of simulated experimental bench respectively,deduces the similarity criterion of the hydraulic lifting system of coal miner through dimension analysis,and finally determines the relative parameters of the experimental bench of coal miner after the numerical similarity coefficient.(2)SolidWorks is used to build a three-dimensional solid model of a coal miner’s experimental bench,a virtual sample dynamics model is built with ADAMS software,and the driving function of a coal miner’s experimental bench is set up in combination with the working conditions of a coal miner under a real mine.This paper calculates and simulates the cutting load in the Shearer experimental bench model by similarity theory,and proves the feasibility of ADAMS dynamic model by dynamic simulation test.(3)This paper introduces the structure principle of hydraulic system of coal mining machine and the selection calculation of main hydraulic components.According to the hydraulic system,the hydraulic loop should be raised by electrohydraulic ratio,and the simulation model of electrohydraulic ratio hydraulic system should be built by AMESim software.(4)The environment variable setting,interface setting,transfer function setting and software configuration requirements of AMESim and ADAMS are introduced in detail in the joint simulation.A mechanical-hydraulic coupling simulation model of PID closed loop hydraulic proportional system is established.The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system are studied by collaborative simulation,and the pressure,flow,velocity and displacement parameters of each component are analyzed.The hydraulic system of the test bed is improved by the method of displacement compensation,increasing one-way stopper valve and increasing damper.The accuracy and synchronization of the electrohydraulic ratio adjustment system under different loads are analyzed.Figure[112]table[11]reference[65]... |
