Experimental Study On The DSR Roll Kelmet Hydraulic Test-bed

Baosteel cold rolled sheet production equipment has very important position in steel production technology, and the DSR roll is the key components in the cold rolled sheet production equipment. This research group has carried out the study of key technology of DSR roll. Aming at the DSR roll exposed several problems in the use, we develop DSR roll disintegrated comprehensive test device and put forward the corresponding test and solutions, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the production process.In order to solve the test characteristics of small flow and high precision needed by DSR roll kelmet disintegrated hydraulic test systems, subject adopts hydraulic system simulation and physical prototype test comparison research method, mainly carried out the following research work:(1) Develop a high pressure and small flow hydraulic test system for DSR roll oil film bearing offline working state test.(2) Based on hydraulic simulation software AMEsim, simulation analysis was carried out on the hydraulic characteristics of the test system.The results of the analysis is used to control parameters optimization of the system.(3) Based on ergonomics, the layout of the panel is optimized, which makes the operation convenient and quick, and has been used in the manufacture of the engineering prototype.The high pressure and small flow hydraulic test system has been completed in the engineering prototype production, and get through the field test. The test results show that the hydraulic test system can meet the design objective of the project subject, high flow testing precision, can satisfy the sampling test demands of field 39 sensors, the system performance is stable and reliable, meet the requirements of practical engineering.
