With most of our oil field development has entered late,oilfield workover operations increasingly arduous task.At present,China’s oil workover on unloading operations mainly by manual operation tube opening hydraulic tubing tongs and switching elevators to complete,the existing oil well workover exist many shortcomings,such as: low efficiency of workover,workers labor strength,poor working environment,operational security is low and cause serious environmental pollution.Therefore,to solve these problems,a new automated design studies is significant for workover hydraulic tubing tongsThis topic based on the existing mature open rack hydraulic oil pipe tongs,put forward a new type of automatic hydraulic oil pipe tongs.The device can realize automation on shackle and buckle tubing.First in the further study of oilfield workover conditions and the operation process,put forward two scheme of automatic hydraulic oil pipe tongs,comparing the two scheme,determined the overall scheme of hydraulic oil pipe tongs.Then according to the overall scheme respectively design the tubing tongs,workbench and racks,automation slip,hydraulic system and control system.Tubing tongs by horizontal orbit can be realized levels of feed under the action of a hydraulic cylinder thrust.the large flange at the bottom of support stands is connected with the bop flange by bolts,flange flange is connected with the bottom slip base,and fixed on the wellhead.Control system control the electromagnetic directional valve based on the analysis and process of the signal which sensor detected,completied all the process automation workover operations on the shackle,tubing tongs for gap,feed and exit,tubing clamp fixed.when the device does not work,it can remove the tubing tongs from the workbench,and the bop flange can be unloaded.Finally produced a prototype according to design requirements,through indoor experiment verify the feasibility of automatic hydraulic oil pipe tongs movement,and the test data and the error between expectations and their causes are analyzed in the process.Lay a certain theoretical and realistic foundation for the next step of field test.
