The Study Of The Path Of Public Participation In Environmental Governmance

Public participation in environmental governance is not only helpful for making more scientifical and democratical decisions,balancing the conflicts of interest caused by environmental problems,but also enhancing the openness and transparency of public management.In this paper,the writer try to find the reasons of public disordered participation in environmental governance,and put forward some practical suggestions of public ordered participation in environmental governance,by investigating the ralated conceptions of public participation in environmental governance,elaborating the theories of public participation in environmental governance,exploring the history of public participation in environmental governance in China,analysising the most intense and disordered path of participation in environmental governance in China,—— the environmental group events(taking Nantong as an example).
