Research On Information Dissemination Of Natural Disasters Based On System Dynamics

With the rapid development of the Internet,information is spreading faster and faster in the society.It is very convenience for us to deal with the complex problems.However,when we are enjoying the convenience that the information dissemination have brought to us,we can not ignore the public opinion that caused by the rapid spread of the information which will cause turbulence in the society.China is a country that will happen the natural disasters frequently.With the spread of the information about natural disasters in the society,it will bring great influence to our society.The unstable emotions in the minds of people caused by the natural disaster will bring a lot of problems to the government when they are dealing with the natural disasters.Therefore,it is very important for us to control and guide the direction of the information about the nature disaster.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of information dissemination,the characteristics of the information dissemination of natural disasters and the index elements of the grade evaluation of natural disasters,and then selected a series of indexes and factors.Combined with the characteristics of natural disasters to summarize and analysis the factors that will affect the information dissemination of natural disasters.Finally,on the basis of the study of the information dissemination process and the factors that will influence the spreading of the natural disasters information,this paper build a system dynamics model about the information dissemination of natural disasters.After identifying relevant basic data through questionnaires and expert scoring,this paper studied the information transmission process of natural disasters from the point of the dynamic simulation.This paper holds that the information transmission of natural disasters has an obvious life cycle,and the duration of the duration is generally 15-20 days.At the same time,different levels of disasters have little impact on the information transmission cycle.Among them,the first day is the germination period of the information dissemination of natural disasters;the second day is the growth period of information dissemination;the 3-5 day is the outbreak period of related information dissemination;and the 5-20 day is the decline stage of information dissemination.
