| In recent years, with the rapid growth of economy in our country, the national investment in infrastructure is constantly improved.Such as the development of highway construction, construction, municipal construction, airport construction is very fast,so that the growth of asphalt consumption.Due to the asphalt production process is often under the environment of high temperature, toxic, including oil raw materials, products and by-products are inflammable, explosive substance,in the event of accident, causes heavy casualties and economic loss,so the safety of asphalt production has become a problem that can not be ignored. In this paper,a case study of 1500000 t/a heavy traffic road asphalt technology reform in Panjin North asphalt fuel Co.,Ltd.,is carried out.Hazard identification and analysis of heavy traffic road asphalt project. In addition, the existence of pressure vessel explosion, poisoning the asphyxia, corrosion, scalding, from serious injury, electric injury, mechanical injury, high fall, hitting an object, vehicle damage, high temperature, low temperature, noise, vibration and other dangerous and harmful factors. In this paper, the fire and explosion index method in heavy traffic asphalt engineering of fire hazard analysis and research, results showed that, atmospheric distillation unit and vacuum distillation unit accident damage;vacuum distillation unit cause fire, explosion accident occurrence probability is big,in the production should focus on prevention;atmospheric distillation unit of inherent fire, explosion risk larger,if fire and explosion accident, the damage radius is bigger, the harm is wide, and the consequences are more serious, take safety measures in reducing the risk of fire and explosion, can play a very important role.At the end of this paper, the study of safety management and analysis of the effect on the surrounding environment, and studies of production safety situation,in heavy traffic road asphalt engineering, presents the accident emergency plan,to safety management of engineering asphalt to provide useful suggestions. |
