Research On Existing Problems Of Safety Management Of YC Refining And Chemical Enterprises

In recent years,the situation of safety production in China has maintained a stable and gradually improved development trend.However,the situation of safety production in domestic chemical enterprises is still not optimistic,especially in refining and chemical enterprises,safety accidents still occur from time to time.Refining and chemical enterprises have their unique production characteristics,such as high temperature,high pressure,inflammable and explosive,which determine the risks in the production process of related enterprises.It has been proved that in order to maintain a healthy,stable and sustainable development situation,refining and chemical enterprises must always take safety as the premise and take safety as the top priority of enterprise development.This paper studies the safety management of YC petrochemical company.Firstly,the paper describes and analyzes the current situation of safety management in YC Petrochemical Company based on the relevant theories of safety management,including the identification of major hazard sources and safety evaluation analysis;secondly,it uses the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the whole staff of YC company based on the analysis results of safety accidents,in order to find out the existing problems of safety management in the company;finally,it concludes the questionnaire survey Through the analysis,it is found that the management level,organization level,technology and system level,operation level and risk control level of YC petrochemical company have some problems,such as management system is not perfect,safety training is just a formality;based on the analysis of the existing problems in safety management of YC Petrochemical Company,targeted improvement measures are put forward in order to improve the safety management level of the company and reduce safety Purpose of the hazard.
