The Industrialization Of Heavy Traffic Asphalt Component Produced FCC Unit’s Oil Slurry By Vacuum Distillation

Asphalt is a kind of viscoelastic matter.The quality and performance of asphalt depends on its chemical composition.On the basis of this,it is the most important means to control the chemical composition by increasing or decreasing different components.Although the crude oil processed by the company is not the ideal raw material for the production of asphalt,it can not directly produce asphalt.However,the by-products of furfural extraction oil and Furfural Extract oil is an excellent blend of asphalt raw materials,which have a high-aromatic,low-paraffin and moderate asphaltene content.In order to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises,the paper uses deoiling asphalt,FCC slurry and vacuum distillate 4 line oil as the main materials,RFCCU and FCC slurry mixing,TBP distillation,different cutting temperature of heavy oil slurry and deoiled asphalt blending and different cutting temperature of heavy oil slurry and deoiled asphalt and vacuum distillate 4 line oil blending AH-70 and AH-90 heavy traffic asphalt test research.The experimental results show that the single topping slurry,AH-70 and asphalt penetration ratio of 50.7,which can not reach the requirement of GB/T 15180-2010.AH-90 has just reached the target requirements,but the penetration ratio and softening point of surplus are smaller,to deal with the volatility of raw material properties of small flexibility,there is a quality risk.When the three-component blending of oil-extracting slurry and oil-extracting oil and de-oiling asphalt mixture,the AH-70 and AH-90 asphalt properties can meet the requirements of national standard.Test results show that the three components of the blending of AH-70 asphalt,the performance can meet the requirements of "all climatic zones" in Technical Specificationfor Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements".Before the transformation,the asphalt wax content of asphalt plant as high as 5.6%,the production of building asphalt can not only produce road asphalt;After the transformation the asphalt wax content is less than 3%,the key indicators of the penetration,softening point and ductility also have to meet the national standard,good anti cracking performance,market share is more and more high.After the device has been put into operation,it has achieved good economic benefits,and has played an important role in the heavy oil balance of the enterprises.
