| With the development of the society and the gradual improvement of the living standard,the health movement is a sport which is gradually enjoyed by the masses.In order to satisfy people’s good sports function and comfort requirement for clothing in sports,the design and development of tight running apparel fabric and comfort research were carried out in this paper.In this study,7 kinds of yarns are woven into40 kinds of knitted fabrics,and the thermal comfort and tensile properties are tested and analyzed.In this paper,7 kinds of functional yarn are selected as hygroscopic dry yarns:coolmax gauzing(83dtex/36f+22dtex Leica,83dtex/36f+44dtex Leica),cleancool(83.25dtex/75f),coffee fiber carbon fiber(83.25dtex/75 f,dark gray,light gray),design 5 kinds of organization structure,and the development of 40 kinds of knitted fabrics with different raw materials and different structure are completed on the seamless knitting equipment.Then the knitted fabric after 40 kinds of machine finishing is used to test the thermal and thermal comfort properties of the knitted fabric,such as air permeability,moisture permeability,water absorption and so on.And the testing of its tensile properties(plastic deformation rate,elastic recovery rate,elastic resilience rate and slow resilience recovery rate).Comprehensive experimental test results,the comprehensive analysis of 40 kinds of knitted fabrics is made by using the fuzzy analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process.It is concluded that the structure has little influence on the thermal and wet comfort of knitted fabric when the composition of the raw material is at the same time.Relative comparison,weft plain,wet comfort well knitted fabric mesh structure woven into the heat,1+2 rib,2+3 rib and 2 x 2 pumping tissue fabric made of heat and moisture had no significant difference in comfort.When the fabric structure is at the same time,the heat wet comfort of the fabric made of cleancool yarn and coffee carbon yarn is good.Comprehensive analysis,plain stitch,mesh woven yarn,cleancool yarn as raw material,coffee carbon fabric made of thermalcomfort.The analysis of the tensile properties of 40 kinds of knitted fabrics is obtained by means of variance analysis:with the increase of the number of stretching,the elongation,recovery and deformation of the fabric all change;The plastic deformation rate of the fabric increases,the elastic recovery rate decreases,the rapid elastic deformation rate increases,and the retarded elastic deformation rate decreases.Finally,based on the analysis of the movement and posture of the running,several movements of the key parts of the human body are selected and the changes of the size of the key parts of the body are selected.The requirements for the performance of each area in the body of the body in the movement are analyzed,and some suggestions for the design and development of the tight running clothes are made.This paper provides a reference for the design and development of functional sportswear in the future. |
