With the rapid development of China's economy at the same time, environmental pollution and energy consumption problems and other issues gradually emerged after the reform and opening up,especially the greenhouse effect caused by carbon dioxide emissions, which has seriously affected China's economic and social sustainable development,so energy-saving problems have become a hot topic concern to all sectors of society. In the context of accelerating the process of urbanization,China's construction industry has become the important areas of China's energy-saving emission reduction. On the basis of the relevant theory, this paper analyzes the carbon emissions of construction industry of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2015,including regional differences, spatial patterns and spatial correlations of carbon emissions in construction industry combined with the method of spatial econometrics. In addition, this paper uses the spatial Durbin model to analyze the relevant factors of carbon emissions in construction industry. These will help to enrich and improve the research contents of energy-saving in the construction industry, and speed up the work of energy-conservation and emission reduction, and promote low-carbon economic development. The study found that there is a state of growth and accompanied by small fluctuations in the carbon emissions of China's construction industry, the annual average carbon emissions in Zhejiang Province is highest, and followed by Jiangsu and Guangxi,Hainan,Qinghai,Ningxia and other provinces of carbon emissions are lower.the trends of carbon emissions in the three regions and in China are the same, but regional construction carbon emissions have a clear gap.The eastern region is highest, the central and western regions are lower and close, which shows a gradual decline law from the central, eastern and western. The spatial distribution pattern of regional carbon emissions and regional economic development don't show a complete correspondence relationship, some economically developed provinces have lower carbon emissions including Shanghai,Beijing,Tianjin and so on,however,Sichuan Province,a underdeveloped province, are at high value in carbon emissions. The carbon emissions have a significant positive spatial correlation in China's regional construction industry, and has a clear trend of spatial agglomeration. The results of Moran scatter show that there is spatial dependency in the level of carbon emissions in China's construction industry in the local spatial correlation, but there is also a small amount of spatial heterogeneity. This paper analyzes the relevant influencing factors of regional construction industry by using the spatial Durbin model. There is spillover effect in carbon emissions of China's regional construction industry, meanwhile, energy consumption structure and technical level both help to reduce carbon emissions of construction industry, but the number of employees and the urbanization level have a significant effect on the carbon emissions of construction industry. Finally, based on the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the carbon emissions status of the construction industry and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
