| In recent years,seamless knitted fabric has become the trend of fashion underwear,and has become increasingly popular with consumers.Seamless knitted fabric on the market generally uses some ordinary materials.The use of functional fibers is less.It is difficult to meet the requirements of people’s health and functionality of clothing materials.Graphene composite fiber is a new type of functional fiber,which not only has the general characteristics of ordinary fiber,but also has far-infrared,antistatic,UV resistance and other functions.Graphene composite fiber was applied to seamless knitting area,seamless knitted productcan not only reflect the comfort and beauty of the knitted fabric,but also give it the characteristics of far-infrared,antistatic,UV resistanceand other characteristics.In this topic,graphene nylon composite fiber,graphene nylonspandex wrap yarn and graphene nylongraphene spandex wrap yarn were applied to seamless knittied product.We studied functional properties and wearabilities of graphene composite fiber seamless knitted fabric,and provide some reference for the promotion and development of graphene composite fiber seamless knitted fabric.which will provide some reference for the popularization and development of graphene composite fiberseamless knitted fabric.The appearance of graphene nylon composite fiber and ordinary nylon was observed in this paper.And the moisture regain and physical properties of graphene composite fiber were tested.The resultsshown that:graphene nylon composite fiber had a rougher surface and a larger surface area than the ordinary nylon fiber;With the addition of graphene,the moisture regain of the ordinary nylon and ordinary nylon spandex wrap yarn has been greatly improved,and the moisture regain of the yarn increases with the increase of the content of graphene;The breaking strength of graphene nylon composite fiber is smaller than that of ordinary nylon,but the elongation at break is greater than that of ordinary nylon;Among the three kinds of wrap yarn,The breaking strength of graphene nylonspandex wrap yarn is the largest,and the elongation at break of graphene nylongraphene spandex wrap yarn is the largest.According to the seamless knitting technology,this paper sets up three influencing factors: veil materials,lining materials and weave structures.Veil materialsuse graphene nylon composite fiber and ordinary nylon.Lining materials use graphene nylongraphene spandex wrap yarn,graphene nylonspandex wrap yarn,ordinary nylon spandex wrap yarn.Weave structures use plain plating stitch,1+1 false rib stitch,1+3 false rib stitch.By using the orthogonal method,9 pieces of graphene composite fiber seamless knitted fabric samples were weaved.Use orthogonal method to analyze the influence of veil materials,lining materials,weave structures on the far-infrared,antistatic,UV resistance,wrinkle recovery ability,drapability,anti-pilling,moisture absorption,moisture permeability,air permeability,warmth retention.Then use the method of fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the fabrics.The results show that # 7 fabric sample,namely,when the veilmaterial is graphene nylon composite fiber,the lining material is graphene nylon graphene spandex wrap yarn,the weave structureis 1+3 false rib,the seamless knitted fabric has the relativelybest comprehensive performance.Finally,combined with ergonomics,a suit of autumn and winter graphene composite fiber seamless knitted fabric wasproduced,which used graphene nylon composite fiber as the veil,used ordinary nylon spandex wrap yarn as the lining. |
