| In summer,the weather is sultry,and people often turn on the air conditioner to cool down.In the process of air conditioning operation,a large amount of water in the air is evaporated away,and the air becomes dry.When people are in such an air-conditioned environment for a long time and do not take protective measures,the skin with less sweat glands will be easy to dry,which will cause further influence and injury to the patients who are affected by some environmental factors or causes of skin barrier function damage.With the increase of skin dryness,the barrier ability is weakened,the skin will appear tight or even dry crack phenomenon,and may make people feel itchy,which causes serious trouble to the patients’ body and mind.At present,the main method to treat dry skin is to apply moisturizer.However,when patients apply moisturizer,there are some shortcomings,such as short time of moisturizer,difficult long-term moisturizing,and the moisturizing effect is easily affected by environmental humidity.At the same time,considering the need of moisture retention in the dry parts and the perspiration in the rich parts of sweat glands of human body in summer,weft knitted fabric is made of hyaluronic acid viscose fiber and moisture absorption and perspiration fiber.The moisture retention and wearability of the knitted fabric are studied,which provides a theoretical basis for the research and development of seamless knitted products with hyaluronic acid viscose fiber in summer.In this paper,the appearance of hyaluronic acid viscose fiber,cuprammonium fiber,polylactic acid fiber,diacetate fiber and moisture absorbing and perspirating polyamide fiber were observed and the wicking properties of the yarn were tested.It is determined that the raw material of surface yarn 1 is hyaluronic acid viscose fiber,the raw material of surface yarn 2 is one of cuprammonium fiber,polylactic acid fiber,diacetate fiber or moisture absorbing and perspirating polyamide fiber,and the inner yarn is polyamide fiber/ spandex coated yarn.The raw material of surface yarn 2,the interweaving ratio of surface yarn 1 and surface yarn 2,and the fabric weave structure are taken as the test factors.The factor levels are as follows: there are four kinds of raw materials at the level of surface yarn 2,and the four kinds of raw materials at the interweaving ratio is100:0,75:25,50:50 and 25:75,and the two fabric weave structures are plain stitch and mesh stitch.According to the orthogonal test design,16 fabric samples are obtained and woven by seamless knitting machine.Sixteen weft knitted fabric samples were tested in terms of skin moisture content and transdermal water loss.The evaluation index was expressed as the percentage of the change of the test value before and after covering.By studying the relationship between fabric structure and skin moisturizing performance,the results show that: in the level of design factors in this paper,when the surface yarn is all hyaluronic acid viscose fiber yarn,and the fabric weave structure is plain stitch,the fabric sample has the best moisturizing effect on the skin.Among them,the arrangement and interweaving ratio of the surface yarn is the most important factor affecting the moisturizing effect of the fabric in this experiment,and the higher the proportion of hyaluronic acid viscose fiber yarn in the surface yarn,the better the moisturizing effect of the fabric on the skin.When the surface yarn is all hyaluronic acid viscose fiber yarn,the skin moisturizing effect is the best.Then,the test and analysis of the appearance and comfort performance of the 16 fabrics are carried out,including rigidity and flexibility,drapability,anti pilling,wrinkle recovery,moisture absorption,quick drying,air permeability,moisture permeability and thermal resistance.The moisture absorption performance is divided into three parts:water absorption,drip diffusion time and wicking height.The results show that the rigidity and flexibility,drapability,wrinkle recovery,quick drying,thermal resistance and wicking height are the most affected by the raw materials of surface yarn 2,the moisture permeability and the drip diffusion time are most affected by the weaving ratio of the yarn arrangement,the air permeability and water absorption are the most affected by the structure,and the pilling resistance is affected by the same degree of interweaving ratio of raw material and arrangement of surface yarn 2.Based on the test results of skin moisture content change rate,thermal resistance,static drape coefficient,pilling evaluation grade,total crease recovery angle,dripping diffusion time,moisture evaporation rate,air permeability and moisture permeability,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established,the comprehensive performance of 16 fabric samples was evaluated,after weight was determined by expert scoring.The order of energy score is as follows: 4#﹥5#=13#﹥12#﹥2#﹥7#﹥1#=9#﹥ 10# ﹥ 6# ﹥ 15# ﹥ 3# ﹥ 11# ﹥ 14# ﹥ 8# ﹥ 16#,among which the comprehensive performance of 4# is relatively the best,that is,the arrangement ratio of hyaluronic acid viscose fiber yarn and cuprammonium fiber yarn in the surface yarn is 25:75,the comprehensive performance of the fabric is the best when the mesh structure is selected.According to the results of various performance tests,combined with the parts of human skin that are easy to dry,the parts with more sweat glands and the human body mechanics,and consulting the suggestions of professionals,we developed a set of summer hyaluronic acid viscose fiber moisturizing seamless underwear that can improve the symptoms of dry skin through wearing. |
