In recent years,China’s rapid economic development,is located in the bohai sea economic belt of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region is the remarkable economic achievements,but,in the economic development at the same time,the beijing-tianjin-hebei region also faces serious environmental problems,excessive energy consumption caused by huge amounts of carbon emissions makes beijing-tianjin-hebei region nationwide environmental problems are more serious.Reduce the energy consumption can effectively reduce carbon emissions,but the resulting is hindered economic development.So,how to make the development of economy from relying too much on the situation of energy consumption,is the beijing-tianjin-hebei,and even the entire country to solve the problem.Therefore,done in-depth research in this paper,the correlation between them,and the decoupling theory with instructions.First of all,this paper theoretically analyzed the energy consumption of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region carbon emissions and the relationship between economic growth,explains the beijing-tianjin-hebei region in order to realize the necessity of economic development and carbon emissions.Then,the paper analyzes the beijing-tianjin-hebei region from 2000 to 2014,economic development,energy consumption and carbon emissions,came to the conclusion that the economic growth of beijing-tianjin-hebei region carbon emissions,but in recent years,things have improved.Then,this paper USES econometric methods to analyze the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,and beijing-tianjin-hebei cities because of the correlation between carbon emissions and economic growth,found that the beijing-tianjin-hebei region presents the inverted u-shaped curve between them,and in turn around the year 2029,the curve of the cities of present four kinds of state.Finally,this paper USES the factor decomposition method,the carbon emission factor decomposition,found that the output is the most important factor to the growth of carbon emissions,and improve energy efficiency,can effectively reduce carbon emissions.
