Research On Administrative Support To Low-carbon Tourism Development Of Jiangxi Province

Among the rapid growth of economy in our country,because of the most extensive development state,the increasing serious ecological problems followed by,such as:energy-consuming,high pollution,high emissions and other issues,which forced us to construct the ecological civilization and put the ecological environment protection in the more prominent position when we continued our rapid economic development,withholding the principle of "green mountains and rivers are our gold and silver mountains".In recent five years,the central government launched a series of system on the ecological civilization,energy saving and emission reduction issues,and also specially introduced the” tourism law of the People's Republic of China ".Especially in “the general secretary Xi's series of important speech reader“--green mountains and rivers are our gold and silver mountains",Xi discussed "ecological civilization " with extremely guiding significance.As a province of tourism?Jiangxi also come out “the issued regulations on the tourism in jiangxi province”,in which we put forward the slogan of "green rise " and the comprehensive building of new route of "green rise ",from central to local governments,from top to bottom,strengthening the concept of green,ecological and other low-carbon administration.The relevant data show that the effect is significant,but because of the early stage of the "owe too much ecological class"," those missed lessons need to make up " and some local government authorities' failing to change their old developing view,there are still many phenomena of the lack of environmental pollution treatment or modification and the hard landing of environmental policies and the exist certain obstacles to low carbon tourism sustainable development.In recent years,Jiangxi province took the advantage of abundant tourism resources to build green ecological brand,successively formulated and issued a series of documents,and to strengthen the financial support,environmental governance,resource integration and policy propaganda,but because of the lack of low carbon tourism knowledge in local government civil servants and the inadequate supply of the local matching funds,the policies were not comprehensive ground and didn't reach the expected effect.This article first made the theoretical definition for low carbon tourism and then analyzed the pros and cons of low-carbon tourism policies in Jiangxi provinceCoupled with the experiences of the author's long time work in Jiangxi Lushan west sea scenic area.Finally combining with related answers and the experience of travel policy support in surrounding provinces and cities,the article put forward relevant suggestions and opinions,hoping which would provide the relevant data and some reference for formulating and landing the low carbon tourism policies in Jiangxi province.
