Study On Food Safety Of Rural Collective Food In Ningqiang County

With the development of economy and people's livelihood welfare increased year by year,the food safety situation improved year by year in our country,but the rural food safety problem is prominent increasingly,especially the rural collective meal has the characteristics of involving wide range,strong paroxysmal,serious harm,it become the weak link in current food safety supervision.This paper takes Ningqiang county in Shaanxi province as the research object,and mainly studied present situation of food safety and supervision countermeasures for the rural collective meal.The weak economic foundation,consumers have few consciousness for food safety,food operators lack of self-discipline,cooks' professional quality is low and the food safety supervision measures are lagging make Ningqiang county's food safety for rural collective meal have lots of hidden troubles.Through questionnaire,field observation,interview and data analysis,this paper studies the food safety for rural collective meal in all directions.Firstly,the paper introduces the related literature,basic concept and reference theory of food safety.Secondly,take the questionnaire to the organizers,participants,cooks and supervisors of the rural collective meal,know the basic situation,cognitive situation of the main participants,current situation about professional level of the cooks and current situation about food safety supervision in-depth,summarize the problems of food safety in rural collective meal,and analyze the reason one by one.Finally,combining with the domestic and foreign advanced experience of food safety supervision,this paper puts forward some measures to build a food safety system for rural collective meal in Ningqiang county: to establish wholesome supervision regime of food safety;to consolidate the responsibilities of supervision and main part;to strengthen the construction of food safety supervision team;to strengthen the food safety publicity;to construct a supervision mechanism which all citizens could participate in;to explore new pattern for rural collective meal.Through a comprehensive approach,this paper tries to provide a theoretical basis for Ningqiang county government to build a healthy and safe environment for rural collective meal.It is a quite difficult task about food safety for rural collective meal,the rural collective meal has a long history,under the macroscopic background of building the beautiful village and balancing urban and rural development,it has both historical and realistic significance that how to ensure the inheriting of the traditional diet culture as well as ensure food safety for rural collective meal.Through the case study for Ningqiang county,analyze the factor that influence the food safety for rural collective meal,and put forward the specific measure that could be adaptive for the food safety supervision of rural collective meal,in the hope that it has the reference effect to other area.
