Research On Evaluation Of Resources And Environment Carrying Capacity Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Regional Center

Carrying capacity is the eternal proposition of regional economic and social development.The environment and carrying capacity and sustainable development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional city are not only related to the future fate of the city itself,but also whether the two countries can achieve the goal of sustainable development and scientific development.This is also the focus of this paper on the reasons for the regional center of the city.Based on the relevant data,this paper constructs the mathematical model to analyze the resource and environment carrying capacity of the central city of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region,analyzes the status of resource and environment carrying capacity,and finds the short board of carrying capacity.It has important realities to explore the sustainable development of regional central cities significance.The main contents of this paper include: First,the paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the research on the carrying capacity of resources and environment,re-examines the connotation of resources and environment carrying capacity.The second is to systematically analyze the current situation of resources and environment in the central city of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The third is to construct the index system,use the entropy method to measure the carrying capacity of the resources and environment of the regional central cities,quantitatively analyze the status of the resources and environment carrying capacity of the regional central cities,and find the short capacity of the host cities.Fourth,The paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance the carrying capacity of regional urban resources.In summary,this paper,based on the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development plan",selects Shijiazhuang,Tangshan,Baoding,Handan four cities as the research object,and constructs the index system,which is suitable for the regional central city from the aspects of resources,environment and society,combining with the characteristics of the regional central city resources and the environment itself,comprehensive,systematic and multi-level prompt area the status of the central city and the development of short board,to explore the regional central city resources and environment carrying capacity to enhance the countermeasures,is the innovation of this article.
