| Truck-mounted rigs were imported for drilling extraction wells of CBM in recent years.But it is difficult to large-scale promotion for many factors such as price,service,and supporting.The domestic the rig manufacturers design new rigs to meet market demand and begun to take shape.There is still a long distance for domestic rigs producer to reach the level of foreign producers on the reliability of the whole machine and design of parts.These drill rigs have the limitation on process adaptability and drilling ability,especially for the capability,efficiency and structural rigidity of feed device,which cannot meet the needs of the construction of the goaf.According to the problem above,three types of feeding device such as the double-cylinder telescopic mast,three-cylinder telescopic mast,the cylinder-winch sub-load were designed based on the characteristics of the main models inland and abroad,analyzing the working principle and load characteristics of the feeding device.The paper compares the three structures from the rig pulling speed and feeding device weight,and establishes the oil cylinder winch composite as the optimal scheme.Then the finite element analysis method is used to check the strength of the optimal scheme,and the main points of its structural design are pointed out.The hydraulic control loop of the feeding device is designed and the main parameters of the system are calculated.The main components of the system are selected and the parameters are checked.The matching power of hydraulic system and diesel engine power system is studied.A multi-pump power control circuit is designed to control the output power of the hydraulic system by setting the cut-off pressure of the pump to make full use of the power of the diesel engine.Finally,the selection of valves by reducing bit load drilling technology is researched,and the system model is established by AMEsim simulation software.The relationship between the technology of reducing bit load drilling and the parameters of relief valve is compared and analyzed.The selection requirements were obtained by comparing the parameters of relief valve,providing a basis for selection of relief valve. |
