Estimation Of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution In Hunan Province And Its Control Countermeasures

The rapid economic growth will undoubtedly bring a series of environmental pollutions,and with the recycling of global resources and increased awareness of environmental protection,the environmental protection,especially agricultural non-point source pollution improvement has become the focus of global attention.China vigorously develops eco-agriculture and implements circular economy to control the agricultural pollution and protect the environment on which people rely for existence.In this paper,the background and significance of non-point source pollution research are expounded.The concept of domestic and foreign agricultural non-point source pollution,the growth of agricultural non-point source pollution and agricultural output and the literature of non-point source pollution control are combed and summarized,and it is found that foreign literature pays more attention to non-point source pollution control measures,and domestic literature focuses on the type,source and control research of agricultural non-point source pollution.From the theoretical perspective,by using the existing viewpoints,the source and control of non-point source pollution are analyzed theoretically,including the Kuznets curve theory.Then,the data of Hunan Province were collected.The nitrogen and phosphorus discharges of agricultural non-point source pollution were measured by the unit investigation method,from the three units,farmland fertilizer,livestock breeding and living pollution,and the regression analysis method was used to forecast.The results show that the relationship between agricultural non-point source pollution and the output growth in Hunan Province is in accordance with the quadratic curve pointing downwards,i.e.the feature of an inverted "U" curve.Hunan Province is now at the highest point of the curve close to the inflection point,indicating that the current pollution in Hunan Province is very serious,and relevant measures must be taken to control it.Finally,the agricultural non-point source pollution has become one of the important issues of agricultural ecological environment is urgent,the improving policies and regulations,improve the agricultural technology innovation level,strengthen rural environmental supervision and management,and vigorously develop ecological agriculture and improve farmers’ awareness of environmental protection for the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution has provided some suggestions.
