Study On Standardization Of Emergency Management In Tian-Chen Coal Mine

This thesis first evaluates the emergency management status of Tian Chen coal mine and evaluates the emergency management ability of Tian Chen coal mine through the investigation and interview of the Tian Chen coal mine,collects the data,carries on the questionnaire investigation and so on the work,obtains the relevant data,has finished and analyzed the summary,Coal mine emergency management standardization system,first proposed Six Sigma DMAIC cycle logic in Tian Chen coal mine emergency management standardization application;and then Tian Chen coal mine emergency management standardization framework analysis and analysis;Finally,emergency management for prevention,preparation,response and recovery Four stages put forward Tian Chen coal mine emergency management ability to enhance the strategy.The pre-prepared strategy is to respond to personnel and organization,improve the emergency management plan and emergency resource management.The response strategy is to respond to the fast response,the response and the emergency response,Enabling contingency plans,emergency plan decision-making process,communication with government,coordination mechanism with public opinion,emergency resource allocation and emergency joint ambulance;post-recovery strategy is for post-evaluation summary and recovery and reconstruction.
