Research On Rice Quality And Safety Early Warning Based On Unified Coding Mechanism

With the development of economy and society,people's living standards are constantly improved,food safety has become a global concern.The management of food safety problems all over the world have taken various control measures,During the period of Chinese reform and opening policy and the process of constructing asocialist harmonious society,Chinese governments have also made a variety of exploration and practice of food security.However,The rice quality safety incidents come up constantly.Food safety problem has become increasingly prominent,the field of food safety in China is facing a severe challenge.Not only pose a serious threat to rice quality and safety problems of people's health and life safety,but also seriously affected the healthy development of China's food industry and social economy.How to ensure the quality and safety of rice has become the main goal at present.The study found that the factors affecting the food safety exist in the food supply chain.Each link of the food supply chain influence others mutually,it makes the protection of food safety is not only the responsibility that single enterprise should undertake,but also the cooperation of each link node in supply chain.The researches nowadays about rice safety all aimed at early warning in final product field.It's short of early warning in process of producing rice.There are two aspects give rise to it.On the one hand,due to the current encoding mechanism in informa tion transmission,encoding the information provided by the supplier and delivered only in two stages.On the other hand,in the construction of rice quality and safety warning model,existing research is for the final product as the goal of the warning,ignoring the rice in the w hole production process and early warning,early warning method and index is relatively simple.If we want to keep an eye on every stage of supply chain of rice enterprise and assure the safety of rice quality in every supply chai n,we need the cooperation of every enterprise,the guarantee that message is transmissible,complete and consistent.In this paper,we take the quality and safety of rice as the research object,according to the encoding mechanism theory,using AHP to co nstruct rice quality safety early-warning index system,and establish rice quality safety early warning model,the design of rice early warning management system.The main contents include: firstly,in the analysis of the relevant research results of domestic and international food safety warning,we put forward their own research content.Secondly,we introduces and summarizes the Meta graph theory and extenics theory.Thirdly,the influence factors of the safety of rice rice in supply chain is analyzed,and brings many problems for encoding mechanism of existing research on knowledge,said encoding mechanism of information based on Meta is proposed,and the encoding scheme in this paper,the transmission of information spanning tree algorithm to design the transfer mechanism of encoding algorithm and rice production process.Thirdly,based on extenics theory,we put forward the quality and safety of rice early warning model,combined with the unified coding mechanism,and we design the rice quality and safety early warning algorithm,and empirical application.Finally,combining theory with practice,we based on the above theory,and designed the rice early warning management system.
