As the transport types and the number of hazardous materials(Hazmat)greatly increased,the security issues are becoming more and more serious in the transport process.Because it's easy to have accidents in the process of transportation,which makes the transport vehicles of Hazmat to become a hazard source.China is such a dense populated country,once the accident occurs,which will bring civilian casualties,economic losses,environmental pollution,ecological damage and other serious consequences.In order to improve the safety of transportation process and reduce the number of accident and its harmful outcome,this paper is based on the lack of effective technical and other deficiencies in the domestic transportation of Hazmat,and aims at the real-time dynamic monitoring of Hazmat transport vehicles and Hazmat state parameters as research objectives,by using the key technology of Internet of things to design of a set of Hazmat monitoring system.Taking the liquefied petroleum gas transportation as an example,ZigBee Wireless Network Sensor(WNS)technology is used to collect the information of Hazmat state parameters(including temperature and humidity information,gas concentration information and smoke concentration information).The Global Positioning System(GPS)technology combined with mobile network positioning technology can be used to get location information.The parameter information will be packed according to data protocol and then transformed to the monitoring center,which uses the technology of General Packet Radio Service(GPRS).This paper analyzes the internal and external factors that lead to the occurrence of Hazmat accidents,and determines the parameters and corresponding warning alarm values that need to be detected during the transportation of Hazmat.Our researches mainly focus on the ZigBee communication protocol,ZigBee networking and NEMA0813 Communication standards;introduce and analyze the process of GPRS and the communication process between GPRS and server.At the same time,this paper focuses on the problem of poor positioning accuracy of GPS in special environment(such as fog,shelter and shade),combines with mobile network positioning technology,and analyzes the feasibility of TDOA positioning.In this paper,we use the maximum likelihood estimation to solve the TDOA location estimation problem,and use the Simulated Degradation Algorithm to solve and give the simulation experiment and the result discussion.In order to solve the frequent occurrence of transportation accident of Hazmat,we design a set of Hazmat transportation monitoring system,which is to realize the parameter acquisition about vehicles and Hazmat,vehicle precise positioning,information management,intelligent early warning and dispatching of vehicles during the transportation.It is of great practical significance to guarantee the safety of Hazmat transportation.
