The clamping type of traditional open rack hydraulic oil pipe tongs is slope plate or Planet claw type.These types can scratch the tubing in the process of buckled and shackle.So it can damage the tubing and reduce the service life of the tubing.It can create economic loss for the oil field.At the same time the hydraulic oil pipe tongs technique has certain defects:the efficiency low,the labor intensity of workers,poor safety.So it has great significance to design a new hydraulic oil pipe tongsThis article deeply studied the present situation and the trend of hydraulic oil pipe tongs at home and abroad.We design a new type of hydraulic oil pipe tongs-QC hydraulic oil pipe tongs according to the requirements of enterprise.The hydraulic oil pipe tongs can realize the buckle and shackle by using the friction between the wire and tubing and this type can reduce the harm of tubing.It has Double motors.One is line motor and one is main motor.The wire rope can be widen and pulled the tubing by the power of motor.Oil circuit is controlled by using three four-way solenoid valves.The motor is controlled by the hydraulic oil.The beginning and end of process can be realized by using the travel switch,three position four-way solenoid valve,relay,contactor some low voltage electric.So it can realize the automation of motion process.The main work includes the structure design of the hydraulic oil pipe tongs,the design of the hydraulic system,the design of circuit.The structure is modeled by using UG software.At the same time the important structures of the hydraulic oil pipe tongs are analysis by using the ANSYS software.According to the results it can provide guidance for the following hydraulic oil pipe tongs improvement.The feasibility of the institutions is proved by motion simulation.This type of QC hydraulic oil pipe tongs is commonly used 89 mm tubing.This institution is simple,safe and reliable and can improve the work efficiency.
