In China,about 97%of the proportion of coal mining,the coal mine mining as a downhole hydraulic winch of lifting equipment for good safety,high power,improve the characteristics of large load are widely used in coal mine areas.But because of the bad winch environment lead to the traditional structure is difficult to meet the requirements,in addition,the traditional winch control system mostly manual open loop control,lead to the low speed control precision,poor stability and driving and braking system coordination is not high,seriously affected the winch operation safety.The winch structure and winch control system are designed in order to better meet the operation requirements and improve its control performance.The design of the winch structure is reasonable and the winch control performance is improved.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)On the basis of the original parameters,the design of the whole structure and the hydraulic winch motor,hydraulic motor and seal for the selection of analysis,calculate the layer number of twisting wire rope and the theory of maximum hoisting height,according to the formula of wire rope,size,gear,bearing and roller finished intensity.(2)Using ANSYS-Workbench software,the statics simulation analysis of the key structure of hydraulic winch is completed.Results show that through the simulation analysis and carries on the drum structure improvement,make the drum stress distribution and reasonable after improvement,the thickness of the wall by the original 95mm to 67mm,total weight drum reduce 27.6%;Through the simulation analysis of the pinion shaft and its structural improvement,the rounded corner size is increased from R5 to R10 in the change of its axis,so that the improved service life is increased from 15 years to 17 years.The static analysis of the box and the roller also makes it meet the operation requirements of the winch.(3)A new hydraulic winch control system is designed.Compared with the traditional hydraulic hoist control system,the system adopts the electrohydraulic proportional directional valve,electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve and the hydraulic control valve design approach of combining,on the basis of system simplified,realized the control of the winch is more complex.(4)Using AMESim software,the model of hydraulic winch electric hydraulic control system was built and its performance was simulated and analyzed.The results show that the electro-hydraulic control system improves the automatic level of winch and realizes the speed closed-loop feedback adjustment.In the auxiliary braking system,reduces the winch in the start-up phase of the speed fluctuation,and the speed adjusting time from the traditional 4s to abuot 3 s,improve the speed of the system tracking performance;The driving and braking system has better coordination and coordination,which makes the winch run smoothly during operation,and enhances the stability and reliability of winch operation.
