Study Of Planning & Design For Printing Base Project In East China Science And Technology Park

In this paper,thepresent situation of domestic tobacco industry and printing industry were analyzed,andwe have demonstrateedthe necessity and significance of the planning and constructionbased on the project ofthe East China Science and technology park.This project was a major technological transformation of the implementation of the scientific concept of development,which was the practice of the concept of "restructuring,transfer and promoting development".With the unique understanding and professional experience of the cigarette labels printing for more than 20 years,Guilian company tried their best to achieve the goal of “five years ahead,ten years was not outdated”,with the domestic printing outstanding enterprises and the provincial tobacco companies excellent industrial park design concept,such as cutting the fine grinding of the spirit,high-quality,high-speed construction of East China Science and Technology Park project.And Guilian would strive to fight the city of Bengbu industrial landmark sexual construction.This project would serve as a model for "incubation technology,leaning production,and promoting culture",and lay a solid foundation for sustainable development of enterprises,which could better serve customers and participate more effectively in theindustry of China tobacco industry with the goal of "big brand,big market and big business " so as to flourish in the development.At the same time,it was very important to enhance influence of the corporate brand.This paper describedthe planning objectives,implementation conditions and the construction of the first phase of the project based on the projectof East China Science and technology park.The construction of the first phase of the project covered five major areas:(1)the pre-factory area;(2)production area;(3)storage area;(4)production auxiliary area;(5)living area.The layout of each monomer distribution,logistics system,traffic streamline,energy saving and environmental protection measures werefully demonstrated.This paper mainly introduced the function design of the project planning and design of the auxiliary power plant and production facilities,as well as the cooperative research and development projects of the waste paper collection and transportation,automatic packing and dust collection line processing system,which was dominated by myself.According to the printing enterprise's own equipment characteristics,production methods,process and so on,the use of functional layout of the production plant and supporting the unified planning of power facilities were taken into account.According to the "Air Pollution Control Action Plan" and "Interim Measures for the Examination and Management of Major Pollutant Emission of Major Projects in Construction Projects",the principle of pneumatic conveying technology was adopted to reduce the amount of waste paper produced by different kinds of printing equipment in the workshop.The amount of automatic collection of concentrated,with a positive pressure,negative pressure mixed delivery to the end of automatic packaging,the end of the ultra-high voltage relay dust collection separately and the clean air efflux,the whole system was used to minimize the dust on the environment pollution.To achieve the waste recycling,reducing the effect of labor,the project for the country on the printing industry waste paper dust pollution control provided a relevant technical reference to fill the gaps in the domestic printing industry this technology.This paper puts forward two perspectives on the future development of East China of Science and Technology Parks.First,through the sustained efforts of a period of time,the economic activities of the whole park will be efficient,economical and controlled,forming the core of large scale,specialization and intensification competitive advantage;the second is to establish industry model project,the formation of industry demonstration effect,building industry automation cooperation platform.And the ability of equipment and information technology will be cultivated.What's more,the printing brand of Guillian company will be created,with large-scale and flexible both the intelligent of it's printing production base.
