The Study On The Occupational Safety And Health Administration At Nangang Science Park In Hefei High-Tech Development Zone

Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has achieved rapid development with people’s living standards improved, technical innovation enhanced and overall national strength significantly increased. As we know, economic development zones play a crucial role in economic development. Since the Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone was established in1984, by the end of2013, the country has had national development zones (including economic and technological development zones and high-tech development zone) of306; furthermore, the local development zone is countless. Experience has proved that China’s economic development zones have become an important engine to promote sustained, stable and healthy development. However, in recent years, due to the speedy construction, high production efficiency and dense plants, development zones are suffering from the risks and accidents. Currently, to pursue the economic efficiency with occupational safety and health (OSH) for employees is the mail goal for authorities of development zones. As an employee of Nangang Science Park of Hefei High-tech Zone, I am working on the economic management and OSH administration. With the practical experience of OSH administration, I devote myself to figure out how to enhance the OSH administration of the development zone authorities.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction of the full text of the main statement of the background and significance of the article, and then introduces the domestic and international research review, related concepts and theoretical basis on OSH administration, and finally briefly discussed research ideas, methods and innovation of the paper.The second part introduces the OSH administration evolution, system and theories at home and abroad.The third part presents the details of OSH administration of Nangang Science park of Hefei High-Tech Zone.The fourth part analyzes problems for OSH administration of Nangang Science park of Hefei High-Tech Zone from the viewpoints of authority, enterprise and community.The last part gives the suggestions and solutions on the OSH administration of Nangang Science park of Hefei High-tech Zone.
