Put forward the concept of coal mine Near-miss management,in line with China's current emphasis on accident prevention gateway forward safety requirement.The perception of Near-miss is the first step in Near-miss control.However,the current coal mine' Near-miss control is not yet popular,The research of perception of the miners is in the exploratory stage.Through the combing of the literature and the accident analysis,it is found that the noise of the heading face is one of the reasons that affect the perceived ability of the Near-miss of miners.In order to improve the Near-miss of the incident management system,fill in the lack of research on the perceived ability of the Near-miss.This paper summarized the research results of relationship between noise and perceptions of risk,combined with the eye movement experiment and the theory of Near-miss to study on the perceived ability of Near-miss.This paper discusses the changes of the indicators in the process of the perception of the Near-miss in the interference of the heading face noise.Aims to introduce the noise from the heading face into the Near-miss of coal mine management system.First through the literature review to definite the definition of Near-miss to make it more simple and easy to understand.This paper puts forward the three steps to judging the Near-miss from the discovery of the Near-miss,judging the level of the Near-miss,making timely and accurate decisions and taking measures.And extracting the indicators that characterize the perceived ability of Near-miss is the miners' attention,responsiveness and judgment.Based on the above analysis,the author established the relationship model betwe-en the noise environment of the heading face and the perception of the Near-miss.The hypothesis of the four heading face and the perceived relationship between the miners and the workers is proposed.The eye movement tracking technique is intr-oduced into the study of the Near-miss perception to measure the behavioral response parameters of the miners in the process of perception of the bugs.Through the view of the hot spots,the Time to First Fixation and Fixations Before as the evaluation of miners' attention indicators;Time from First Fixation to Next Mouse Click is used as an index to assess the level of miners' responsiveness.The question and answer quest-ions attached to the scene of the bugs event scene are used as indicators to evaluate the judgment of the miners.RTA interviews were also conducted on the subjects.The experimental results show that the noise of the heading face can reduce the perceived ability of the Near-miss of miner.In the noise interference,the first time to note that the key information point of the Near-miss than the noise situation increased;the Fixations Before increased,that the subjects significantly reduced attention;The time for the respondent to respond to Near-miss increased by about 93.35% and the reaction rate decreased.Compared with the no-noise,there is no significant difference in the judgment of the risk level of the Near-miss in the noisy environment,and it is considered that the noise of the heading face has no significant effect on the judgment of the miners.Finally,according to the experimental results,from the organization management,personal protection and the miners themselves to increase the workers to increase the perception of the Near-miss,for the coal mine risk management to provide new ideas.
